In the next steps, you will learn how to create and invite a new user to use the Fleet Portal. Please note that this process is not intended to invite any drivers as they should not have access to the Fleet Portal.
- Please select the account button on the top right-hand corner.
- A field with multiple options will be displayed. Please click on Users.
- Please scroll down to the bottom and click on Add User.
- Please provide all mandatory information for the user:
- First Name
- Last Name
- E-Mail Address
- Role
- Fleet Group(s)
- Finally, click on Save & Finish.
- The new user is created now and an invitation email will be sent to the user.
Roles & Rights: Only users with the role Fleet Admin and Fleet Manager have the right to invite drivers to the smartphone app.
