How do I cancel an IONITY package that has been added to a contract?

Go to CONTRACTS. This page provides you an overview of all the contracts that have been created with additional information such as Fleet Group, Tariff, Vehicle, Contact and Card in respective columns.
Under column CONTRACT, click on the contract for which you wish to cancel the IONITY package. This will open a sidebar to the right of the screen with detailed information about the contact.
Go to the section Packages, where you can find the Start date, End date and the Status of the IONITY package.
Click on the edit option next to IONITY to view the latest cancellation date. The page also provides the option to either check/uncheck the option to Auto-Renew.
Uncheck the option to Auto-Renew, and click on Terminate package at the bottom of the sidebar. PLEASE NOTE: This action cannot be undone. Upon proceeding, the package with stop on the date mentioned on the sidebar.
The fleet portal will show a pop up notification confirming the package was terminated successfully. Under packages, the status of IONITY will be automatically changed from Active to Active until termination.
