Before a driver can register in the smartphone app, please check the following prerequisites:

• The contract is active.
• The RFID card is active.
• The contract is not registered with a KIA account yet.

If all prerequisites are fulfilled, you can invite your driver to register:

1. Please click on the contract and open the sidebar on the right-hand side.
2. Scroll down and click on Invite Driver to use App
3. Please enter first name, last name, and e-mail address
4. Select the language you want to send the invitation in
5. Klick on Send Invitation. An automatic invitation e-mail will be created and sent to the driver's e-mail address.
6. The driver just needs to click on Complete Registration and will be redirected to the Kia account page to log in into an existing account or create a new one. Please note that the email address of the driver in the invitation email does not need to match the email address of the Kia account of the driver.
7. A verification email will be sent to them.
8. Once they verify their information, they should click Continue.
9. The driver is now registered and the contract will be linked to the driver's Kia account. The driver can log in and start using the smartphone app.

Note: The existing Kia account must not be linked to any charging contract.
