If the driver already has an existing Kia account, please check the following options:

• The Kia account is not linked to another contract: The account can be used for registering with a new fleet contract. The driver just need to follow the instructions in the invitation email.
• The Kia account is already linked to another contract: A registration with a new contract will not be possible. Please ask the driver to create a new Kia account to register.
